12cuci Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 12cuci platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
These terms apply to all 12cuci platform users in Malaysia, covering casino games, Sports Betting, e-sports, slots, and all other related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 12cuci platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 12cuci reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify users via an in-platform notice or registered email.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 12cuci services, you are required to register a valid account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age for gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate registrations are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal details should any changes occur.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 12cuci support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 12cuci user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using the platform:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and not for any illegal purposes.
- Do not attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's technical functions in any way.
- Do not use third-party software, automated bots, or scripts that provide an unfair advantage in any game.
- Do not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
- Do not use the platform for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian local laws regarding online betting and gaming.
12cuci reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of any winnings obtained unlawfully.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 12cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms and information apply to all payments:
- Deposits: Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in the transaction being voided.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the limits and schedule set by 12cuci. Funds will only be credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Identity verification: 12cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. This includes a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other relevant documents.

- Taxes and fees: Users are responsible for any taxes or fees charged by their financial institution in connection with transactions made on the 12cuci platform.
12cuci uses SSL encryption to protect all user financial transaction data. However, we are not liable for any losses arising from the use of unsecured networks on the user's end.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
12cuci provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions or errors at all times. Our liability is limited as follows:
- Liability limits: 12cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including any wagering funds lost due to technical issues beyond our control.
- Intellectual property: All content on the 12cuci platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of 12cuci and is protected under intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using this content without prior written authorisation.
- Account suspension: 12cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.
- Third-party links: The platform may contain links to third-party websites. 12cuci is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
12cuci reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively through the Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
